Colton Reading is a Financial Advisor with and Founder of Sage Wealth Management. His practice focuses on optimizing retirement income opportunities for individuals and maximizing employee benefit opportunities for businesses. Colton has experience in a wide variety of financial related fields including retirement income planning, estate planning, employee benefits, asset accumulation and protection, benefit coordination, insurance contract design and implementation.

Colton's professional career has been marked by education specific to helping his clients succeed in making powerful and enlightened decisions with respect to their money. Colton first became insurance and securities licensed in 2002 and now maintains Series 6, 63, and 7 securities registrations with LPL Financial. He is an Investment Advisor Representative (Series 65 with Financial Advocates Investment Management). He attends multiple continuing education courses annually specific to insurance and securities issues. He has completed all course work for Certification in Long Term Care (CLTC) as well as the prestigious Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation. He continues to be a resource for multiple CPA and Estate Planning firms.

Colton is currently securities and insurance licensed in multiple states including: Utah (190708), Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Illinois and California.

Graduating in 1999 from Brigham Young University, he currently resides in Draper, Utah with his wonderful wife and four children. He enjoys golfing, fly-fishing, cycling, mountain biking, off road motorcycle riding, coaching soccer, hunting, backpacking, and watching his children participate in sporting and musical events.
